Founder

A native of Dallas, Texas, Paysley Hudson is a proud mother of two and a passionate community builder. She has always had a heart for bringing people together and creating spaces where women feel seen and supported. An author and mentor, Paysley is deeply committed to uplifting women on their journeys of self-love, confidence, and personal growth. Through BBW University Sisterhood, she continues to turn her passion for connection into a movement rooted in empowerment and unity.

Chadra Aiken 

Founder

Chandra Aiken shares a strong passion for self-worth, professionalism, and representation. She is also the founder of Curve Culture Magazine, where she focuses on plus-size visibility, advocacy, and celebrating the beauty of diverse bodies. With a dedication to creating platforms where women can be heard and honored, Chandra brings vision, leadership, and purpose to BBW University Sisterhood, helping to shape a community built on confidence and authenticity.

Soysha Jamison 

President 

The President of BBW University Sisterhood serves as a leader, advocate, and guiding voice for the organization. This role is centered on ensuring that the mission, values, and vision of the sisterhood are upheld in everything we do.

The President works closely with the Founder, Co-Founder, and leadership team to help plan events, support members, and strengthen community engagement. This position requires strong communication, accountability, and a genuine passion for uplifting women and fostering positive, empowering spaces.

Above all, the President leads with integrity, compassion, and dedication  setting the tone for sisterhood, professionalism, and unity within BBW University.

Ashley Gates  

Vice President 

The Vice President of BBW University Sisterhood plays a vital role in supporting the President and leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of all sisterhood activities and initiatives. This position is focused on collaboration, organization, and maintaining the values and vision of the sisterhood.

The Vice President assists with planning events, coordinating programs, and fostering connections among members. They serve as a dependable leader, stepping in when needed, and helping to cultivate a supportive, empowering environment where every sister feels seen, heard, and celebrated.

With dedication, integrity, and a heart for community, the Vice President helps drive the mission of BBW University forward while ensuring our sisterhood remains a space of love, growth, and unity.

Melissa Brock 

Dean if Membership & Engagement

The Dean of Membership & Engagement is the heartbeat of BBW University Sisterhood, dedicated to nurturing connections, fostering community, and ensuring every sister feels welcomed and valued. This role focuses on growing our sisterhood, maintaining strong member relationships, and creating engaging experiences that keep our community vibrant and connected.

The Dean works closely with leadership to develop membership programs, coordinate events, and implement initiatives that encourage participation, collaboration, and sisterhood pride. With a passion for empowerment, communication, and inclusivity, the Dean of Membership & Engagement ensures that every woman who joins BBW University feels seen, celebrated, and inspired to fully embrace her journey within the sisterhood.
